Mission description:
	The research facility of Dr. Moebius has been taken by NOD. Our first
	attempt to recapture it failed miserably, now it's your turn. Find Moebius
	and get him out by transport heli, then locate and destroy the enemy's bio-
	research center! Reinforcements are on their way.
Usage:	
	1. copy scg87ea.bin and scg87ea.ini to your C&C directory
	2. Open the New Missions menu, and find the mission
	   "Get the mad scientist"
	3. make a savegame every once a while... that's it, have fun!

Note:	You shouldn't play this mission at a higher build-level: the inability to
	build Orcas is decisive for the balance of power.
