Found it, click on the "T" in the map editor for anyone who's interested

I have just found the C&C-RAED.exe file in the MiniRA distribution, playing on CnCNet I have noticed maps with modified behavior, such as instant build, unlimited cash, instantly replenishing ore, the ability to build tanks and such removed, however, when I try to edit these maps I can find the triggers such as "map reveals" etc. but I can not find any reference to these behavior modifiers, can anyone point me in the right direction?
