So... on water maps they have relatively fast, cloaked, super-powerful and very long range artillery as lowest tier water unit? Wow. Its their only water unit other than the transport. lol

I tried that but I can't minimize red alert 2 to setup xsplit to record it because then I can't get back into red alert 2 because the game will still play but all I see is a black screen

What program did you use to stream it? I tried using obs and xsplit and neither worked for me unless I'm missing something....
