I think i did that when i'm on the computer but i don't remember flooding using my laptop but then even my laptop have the same issue.

Hi. I tried to Login on RedAlert but it always says "ERROR: Connection Lost..... You're Banned or something" then i tried to re-installed it and i also connected it to other router but then same thing happened. I can't remember saying bad words or cheating so i don't know why this happened. pls help. thanks
