Windows 7, 64 bit operating system and nvidia graphics and i don't have that file in the game folder.

HI! I have instaled RA@ and Yuri's Revenge from Origin and cannot launch the gme because of this error "***FATAL*** STRING MANAGER failed to initilaized properly" . Can anyoane help me? Thanks!
