same problem here, ive even tried opening ports in the disabled firewall and the router.... still nothing

I am running windows 10 with firewalls switched off. I even made a rule for port 6667 to allow everything. It hasnt worked since the install so im not sure what the issue is. I have tried the 3 different ports and when my brother is on the same home network he has no problems using windows 8.1 Any help would be greatly appeciated.
