Was the file outdated or something?

Says something about not find the file "customcontrols.dll" tried closing it but keeps popping up until I restarted the PC

Will it work if I reinstall the anti-virus software? Its free so I wont have to worry about licenses and stuff.

A few days ago my antivirus notified me on deleting a file called 'game.dat' in C:/Westwood/Ra2. I don't know why it did but it just did. I tried to launch the cncnet client and the update started downloading/extracting the file 'game.dat.lzma'. After it finished updating it came up with an error: 'Access to path C:/Westwood/Ra2/game.dat is denied. I attempted to uninstall then reinstall the game but I couldn't find the program called 'cncnet' but is it 'Yuri's Revenge compatfix'? Help please?
