Also, I did not download any of the sound or video files if that is the reason. Just looked at a word file that came with the program and it says that it fixed the "Start New Game" crash so I am guessing this problem has existed for a while before v1.06c.

Whenever I load up CnC Tiberium Dawn it takes me to the regular screen but when I press *start new game* the game just freezes and does nothing. All the other buttons on the menu of the game work fine except the *start new game* button which is the only one I need. Is it because of compatibility issues? I tried it on a win10 computer with no firewalls through a USB and it didn't work and on a win8 computer with certain firewalls and it also didn't work. Please help fix this problem or provide information that may help me fix it. Full name of program: Command and Conquer Gold v1.06c (Tiberium Dawn) by Nyerguds.
