i managed to fix it tnx for hellp problem was i was using GDI render with Scaling (Nearest (sharp/pixelated)) now im using OpenGL with Linear (smooth/blurred) tnx for help

i dont know where to check what render im using. and no i didnt try OBS multiplatform. :/
