General Rules:
Chain building is illegal, any building which is in a chain for 4 or more buildings in illegal.
100,000 is a starting amount of cash.
0 units should be given at the start.
Technology level should always be 10.
Speed should always be 7.
The following gameplay settings should always be turned on:
