Strange, do you know what version you're running on? Can you check the bottom left to see what number is specified? E.g v2.16? Sir Its v2.16 Could you try again, but download the 2.17 update? Sir it worked after updating to v2.18. Thanks for your help

Hi Everyone! I am having an issue that when I press connect it sticks there and the slider just moves on and it continues to move on for hours but wont connect. Plz help anyone
