I tried, still does the "Checking for Updates (downloads.cncnet.org/updates/cncnet5/) " and then says error.

The error tells me it failed to update and to check anti virus or a firewall. I've tried disabling the firewall, reinstalling, and even turning off antivirus, nothing works. I'm on Windows 7 64bit if that helps.
