I don't know how but i fixed it. I think it was a patch i installed for it, it was a "High Resolution Patch". Either way it fixed it. I dont remember what it was called as a friend linked it to me, but hopefully this will help other in a search for a solution if they;re having the same problem.

I just started having this problem all of a sudden. I have turned off my firewall, rebooted my router, and nothing. Ive attached a picture of the error it gives me. Any help is appreciated.
