I am having the same issue. Please help!

I have a windows 10 laptop and I'm trying to install the C&C Red Strike set from CDs. I tried to install Red Alert 2. The install menu came up without a problem so I clicked "Install." My laptop asked for permission to make changes so I clicked "Yes." The window went away and then nothing happened. I don't have very much technical experience (esp. with modifying files). Please help!
