It doesn't seem give the opportunity to select the installation path. How do I do that?

I'm getting this error message when trying to install Red Alert 1: "7zip.exe/7zip:failed to extract the game files !" I tried disabling my antivirus as suggested and it didn't work. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
