Alright, disabling windowed mode didn't help, but changing the rendering mode to TS-DDraw allowed me to switch em and solved the problem. Thank you for the help!

I'm really getting frustrated for not being able to set my custom hotkeys. Ingame I try to go: Options -> Game Controls -> Keyboard, but there I cannot change the category from "chat" to anything else not can I save my choices. Even if I try to change those chat related hotkeys they won't save. Am I trying to do this the wrong way or is it just not working? Couldn't find any hotkeys related stuff from the settings.
