We found the Problem. My Kaspersky was blocking it. Kaspersky normaly asks wether it should block something or not. I do not know why it did not do that this time. Thanks for help anyway

Hello. I am trying to connect to the CnCNet Lobby but it doesnt work. Just found this page and im pretty happy about the chance to play online with other people, but it just doesnt work and I can find a way to fix that. Thanks for help.
