Lt. Shrub

I found some really nice rules.ini for Red Alert 1 I want to try but I have no idea where to put them it get them to work. I've tried putting them in the main folder and the Maps folder, but none of those have worked. Some help would be very much appreciated.

I don't have a firewall and I tried turning off my antivirus and I still got the same problem. Edit: I'm starting to think it's my internet that's causing the problem as I tried it one someone else's internet and it worked flawlessly.

Most of the time when I try to run the CnCNEt client is just gives me these messages and never connects. Sometimes it will work but most of the time it doesn't. Some help would be appreciated.
