GasPlantOp

cnc wont launch saying im missing the the above mentioned file. Running an old Windows Vista which doesnt allow me to use windows updater (which is where the file comes from) cause they dont support these systems anymore. Is there a way around this or am I going to have to bite the bullet and part with this old computer, which is probably over due anyways ?
