I was talking to one of the moderators on Discord and he told me it probably has something to do with my campus' connection. I've sent an email to IT to potentially open some ports. Hopefully I can hear back soon, but if you have any other alternatives or fixes, please let me know!

Hi Admin, It's still not working. I have : downloaded the clientdx.exe, replaced the existing in the resources folder, and have ran CnCNetYRLauncher.exe. I have not been prompted to update and it's still the same screen Hello - I really need the log file. Hope this helps

I'm having the same error. I'm new to CnC and have been trying to get it to work as well. I thought it might have something to do with getting an IP banned for some reason but I don't think that's the cause

I looked around forums and it said it might have to do with getting banned but I've never played before. I've had the game for a while though. Please help. Yuris Revenge too
