Domino

Hope I'm posting this is the right forum, apologies if not. I downloaded RA2 and Yruis revenge and use Wineskin to play them on my Macbook (Sierra) offline with no problems. I want to download CNCNET to play online. When I do it took me to the download then said I was missing Microsoft XNA Franework. I downloaded this and now when I download CNCNET nothing happens? There's an icon on the desktop but when I click it, it just says there's no app to open it? Any solutions? Thanks
