UPDATE: I've got the ModLauncher to run but it doesnt seem to be working properly. I think the problem is that I just don't know how to install a MOD to the game. The MOD is called BalancedWarfare, and I've dropped it in the game directory, but I dont think its working. Just a weird side note: The Modlauncher, unlike the ra95.exe or the ra95p.exe (I dont know the difference), doesnt have Greece, Turkey, etc, and the scroll rate is like extremely fast. So its like it just isnt working properly in addition to not playing the MOD. Sorry for the long post, thanks so much for any help.

I am having a similar issue. The Modlauncher crashes as soon as I click to start. How do you check for/disable compatibility modes? Thank you!
