can someone please let me know something?

Can we please get a vanilla Red Alert 2 ladder? I am from another server that is basically dead now. I am not at all a fan of Yuri's Revenge and most of the people left on my server dislike it as well. The only thing that keeps me from moving to cncnet is the lack of a Red Alert 2 ladder. does anyone know how to get ahold of someone with the power to do so?
