I am running windows 7. I tried skirmish but resolution wasnt fitting on my screen. I was not able to change options i have let it update.

So i recently installed cn cnet again to play RA2 but when i try to change settings 1280x960 (4:3) its not working. its saying path to draw.dll is blocked. It used to work before fullscreen on 1280x960 but what changed?
