I actually had this happen too as I just got into Red Alert 2 recently. So far, the GDI renderer seems to be working best for me. One of the others (I can't remember which) resulted in the game not even starting. And another resulted in a black screen after using Alt-Tab.

Hello everyone. I am doing something of a Westwood RTS marathon and I'm finally up to and about to play Red Alert 2 for the first time. I installed CnCNet YR client as recommended here: https://cncnz.com/features/technical-support-help-guides/fully-updating-the-ultimate-collection/ After that, I discovered that voicelines were removed at some point and there is a way to restore them as shown here: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Command_%26_Conquer:_Red_Alert_2 The question I have is this: Does the 'Hero voicelines restoration' mod play nicely with the CnCNet YR client? And if they aren't compatible with each other, what should I do instead?
