Hi Guys, Anyone know how to reduce the mouse sensitivity and scrolling speed on RED ALERT? I have done some searching online some people mention a patch, I have tried downloading said patch but it won't install for some reason. ANY IDEAS OR LINKS TO FIXES WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED
