Update: I have tried using a free VPN... It did not work.. Previously I installed CNCNET RA2 on her work computer that used to be here and it worked fine... but with her new computer, it does not work.

My gf and I have been trying to play RA2 on Cncnet for a while now but cant seem to do it. All other games on CNCnet work flawlessly.. It does't work regardless of whether we try via LAN or utilizing Online servers.I have researched and in other threads, I have tried suggestions such as disabling firewall(s) on both computers. Switching between which computer hosts the LAN game. Changing/ensuring neither of the two computers are using the same cd key and nothing has worked.. One suggestion I have not tried is using a VPN, but I really dont want to pay X dollars/month to be able to play =( EDIT: This happens within 5 seconds of starting the game!
