Thank you for approving the post. No when I searched the game in the Steam library, still I am not finding this. then I searched online and came across this particular post. I followed one method from here to allow administrative privileges to Steam. Then I updated Steam. After doing the tasks properly, the problem got solved. Now I have no longer any issues while playing the game.

I am experiencing a weird issue that I cant seem to solve it anymore. I recently purchased this game 'Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3' from Steam. But yesterday when I opened Steam for playing the game, I did not find this on the Steam library. I have no idea what could be the issue. Could someone please help me to solve it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.
