ryring

I just downloaded and trying to play a skirmish, but the mouse is insanely sensitive, I can't even play. It's just inside the game window but I barely move the mouse and it takes the cursor all the way to the edge. I've tried different compatibility modes, I've tried all the resolutions, everything and I can't figure this out.
