if i uninstall Origin will it interfere when playing through the cncnet client?

Hello guys, I apologize if this question has already been asked, but as my origin account only has the command and conquer collection and Red Alert 2 is the only game I play, I was wondering if I will be able to play it via cncnet even uninstalling origin keeping only the game folder separately.
