AI builds no MCVs

Hi pals,

I got a simple question. In skirmish I always notice that the AIs just don't build MCVs. Why is that and how can I make them build either one in advance or at least one once I smashed their construction yard? They're rather dying out than building those ? There has to be a setting for the rules.ini I haven't seen.

Anyone? I thought the rules.ini is the script for the AI's decisions and thus should have options for this. Same with the Classic Mammoth Tank that you can enable but the AI won't build them.
