I wanted to launch Yuri's Revenge CnCNet, but I got the following error message:

Yuri's Revenge has chrashed. Error message:

Could not load file or assembly 'SharpDX.RawInput, Version=2.6.3.0,

Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b4dcf0f35e5521f1' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The game used to run without any errors. I haven't played for a while and now when I wanted I got this error message.
Could somebody please help how to fix this issue?
