Hotkeys Missing

Hi, I download the full game from CnCNet site https://cncnet.org/tiberian-sun which take me to https://cnc-comm.com/tiberian-sun/downloads/the-game/installer and play it on my PC as normal.

However, as I watch some Tibierun Sun videos I notice that some players use the movement queue key (q move or alt key in kane wrath) and the place building key, which aren't present in my game key binding option as well some other keys like grand control.

I download some custom Keyboard.ini files, but doesn't work, and adding the Place Building key on my own file dosent work either.
