i downloaded the last version and it is 2.6

Can you reinstall the client from the following link and then update from there? The actual version of your Yuri/Red Alert should show up on the main menu, above where it says "YR Online" (in your first screen shot).

Just click the OK button in that error message and continue installing. It doesn't block you from installing.

I've created a temporary installer for the latest 8.13.1 version. Care to be the guinea pig and make sure it works ok?
