BUG DI AVVIO / START BUG

premessa sono italiano e scriverò il messaggio in italiano e di seguito lo scriverò in inglese cercando di tradurlo il meglio possibile.

PREMESSA SONO ITALIANO E LO SCRIVERO' IL MESSAGGIO IN ITALIANO E POI LO SCRIVERO' IN INGLESE PROVANDO A TRASLETTERLO IL MEGLIO POSSIBILE.

 

ho acquistato su Origin command & conquista ultimate collection l'assistenza EA non mi ha saputo aiutare per far funzionare coretto di Red Alert 2,

quando avio il gioco la schermata rimane nera si sente solo il sonoro e l'unico modo per tornare al desktop è aprire attività e chiudere il gioco.

chiedo se qualcuno può aiutarmi a poter aviare il gioco in maniera corretta per poter giocare grazie in anticipo.

 

I purchased on Origin Command & Conquest Ultimate Collection EA support was unable to help me get Red Alert 2 to work properly, when I start the game the screen stays black only sound is heard and the only way to return to the desktop is to open the task manager and close the game. I ask if anyone can help me to be able to start the game correctly to be able to play thanks in advance.
