not show nations icon when i pause game

i have play local skirmish games on 2pc, in first pc im show my enemys nation logo when pause the game,in second pc not shown..before month ago i try change settings for game reender(d draw,TS ddraw etc.) its working,but today not work this method..can any help where find setting to nations icons always shown when i pause the game..

I reinstalled the graphics driver to solve this problem.
