Not able to force Fire (Control + Click)

Hi Guys,

 

First of all, big fan of this project!
I've installed RA2 using my First decade box (the iso), put in my serialnumbers and then installed CNCNET.
Now the strange part, everything works but one thing, force firing! (Control + Click), i know the Control button works because i can make groups using Control + number and i can manouvre the units using left click. but the combination doesn't seem to work.

I've tried reinstalling the whole thing but the problems stays.
I know that my setup is not the most regular (MacBook Air M2 with VMWare Fusion running Windows 11).

Any tips?

The root cause is that by default VMWare fusion remaps ctrl to something else.

1. Open your VM

2. Navigate through the mac bar: VMWare Fusion -> Settings... -> Keyboard & Mouse

3. Disable Keyboard shortcuts and Mac host shortcuts until ctrl works in game

That's what worked for me... but I don't remember which exact setting I disabled.

Dude! thank you! i've disabled the Mouse shortcuts and it works!
