Spies not entering Ore Refineries

Hello all

I have checked I dont have the "No Spy" option ticked, but when building spies, after the latest patch I cant get them to enter any ore factories or slave miners

 

Have a missed an update where this has been disabled, removed or am I being particularly thick today?

yes, I came here to ask the same question, I also did not check the no spy option

Are you playing against AI? and the extreme AI? it's been designed that you can't spy them but they can spy you by RAZER
