Final Sun Tutorial - Basic

Hello, 

I'm trying to get the hang of Final Sun, not a ton of experiance. 

 

Basically, I am trying to "Pre-Build" a base but I am having a hard time getting the triggers to work. I just want to trigger all building to be mine once the game start, and have a fully operational base. Can anyone help me make sense of the correct way to formate the triggers? Or are there any maps I can download that are already set up like that?
