I'm running a computer from 2009 (the best you could get from that time) and I noticed for a couple of years ago when anything that change my power ingame everything starting to lag. I have tried to install from CD, free download, C&C Online and Origin but nothing helped it. Even with trying out changing game settings and that didn't work either. Please help me.
