When power bar changes the game lags

Hi.

 

I'm running a computer from 2009 (the best you could get from that time) and I noticed for a couple of years ago when anything that change my power ingame everything starting to lag.

I have tried to install from CD, free download, C&C Online and Origin but nothing helped it.

Even with trying out changing game settings and that didn't work either.

 

Please help me.

Read this thread about the graphics patch that insanely optimizes the game. if that doesn't help i dont have an answer for you. the download of tibsun in my signature also has it preinstalled.
