I don't see an option for "persistent game lobby" in RA2/Yuri

Apparently i'm suppose to see a check box for persistent game lobby when i create a game but i'm not seeing any thing. Here is what my screen looks like when i create a game:

I can try to reinstall CNCNET, does any one have instruction on how to do it?

Just in case some one else runs into the same problem, i found the issue. It turned out that i was hooking up my laptop to my big screen via HDMI and for some reason the screen resolution adjusted weirdly and the check box would disappear. I played the game on my laptop screen and everything is displayed correctly.
