Red Alert 1 online: which rules does it follow

hi all,

 

i'm new around here and i'm wondering which rules the online version of Red Alert 1 follows.

Classic RA or RA the aftermath? This is mostly different in build speed with multiple construction yard / war factory. Aftermath has no increased build speed after 2, classic does have (unlimited?)

Depends on if you have the Aftermath option on or not.
