  1. I had this problem too on Win10 Pro (64 bit). It went away after I rebooted my PC.
  2. Not meant for? When you press the "Network (LAN)" button on the cncnet red alert launcher you are redirected to the new lobby nowadays. So I think that most people who want to play LAN now end up in the new lobby. After selecting Online or LAN in the launcher, you have to select again Online or LAN in the small login window. I think a selection in the launcher should be enough. regards, Erwin
  3. I like to use the new lobby also for Network (LAN). During a LAN party I don't want to see the Internet players/games/messages.
  4. I can still use the old lobby for LAN. Play Red Alert -> Multiplayer Game -> Network. But it would be nice if the new lobby did not show all internet players in LAN mode. regards, Erwin
  5. Hi, When I start the new lobby I first get a small window in which I have to fill in my nickname, and I can select Online/LAN/Skirmish. When I have set my language to Dutch the translation of Nickname (gebruikers naam) is longer and goes over the field to fill in the name. So I can't see what I type. Also the translation of Skirmish does not fit on the window. It's a small annoyance, but if this window would be wider (or automatically adapt) it would be better. For the rest the new lobby is great. Thanks for all the good work! regards, Erwin
  6. Hi, When I start a LAN game, I get the new lobby nowadays (which is great). However in LAN mode I see also all the online internet players and their games in the lobby. I would like so see only the players and games in my LAN. How can this be done? regards, Erwin
  7. @funkyfr3sh Thanks for the info. We wait until it is supported and use the old lobby until then. @ferret When we use the old lobby we use the slow connection. I've read that cncnet does not support changing the port number. Only one PC can work with a forwarded UDP port. If this information is incorrect, let me know. http://cnc-comm.com/community/index.php?topic=383.0 http://cnc-comm.com/community/index.php?topic=2343 http://cnc-comm.com/community/index.php?topic=2070 best regards, E.
  8. Hi, We don't want to play LAN. We want to join online games with multiple players. In the old lobby that is possible. regards, E.
  9. Hi, Yes we use cncnet. The version that comes with the full RA installer. Where can I see the version number that you want to know? In the CnCNet-Settings window I see: CnCNet 4.0 git~eedb49
  10. Hi, We play RA1 with multiple PCs from one household. In the new lobby, when a second player joins the same game, the first is thrown out. Is there a solution for this? regards, E.
