the error was solved by run as administrator and windows compatibility windows 7...i always chose window 95/me and it didn't work..thanks for the help !

i'm really frustrated with this error that came out of nowhere ! the thing i remembered that may have lead to this error is mental omega and reborn 2 mod (even tho i've uninstalled both and downloaded the game again and again from different websites) i tried everything ! patch, compatibility mode..etc and non of them worked i really appreciate of someone have the solution to help me and others who have the same problem
