Every time I run the installer it comes up with an error message, "unable to execute file" (it then lists the programme root) and says "createprocess failed; code 2. The system cannot find the file specified". I can't work out what's causing it to fail. Could norton be the problem, and if so how do I fix this? Thanks in advance for your help Beanie
