    I play standart RA2, and the money cap in the skirmish lobby maximum 10000

    I added neutral Nuclear Silo and Weather Controller to the map. I edited the map using Notepad and added the following: [NAMISL] Capturable=yes [GAWEAT] Capturable=yes Then I launched the game. As a result, the Nuclear Silo could be captured by an engineer, but the Weather Controller remains uncapturable.

    I added this and tried several values from 0 to 10, but the starting money never changed — it’s still 10,000.
