So, I have been playing Red Alert for a while with no problems, however while playing I notice that at a certain amount of army I try to make, it would say training but won't go through. Same for the buildings. My enemies however can make more and take me out. Is this a bug or is this a new update that I did not know of?

Hello! sorry this is my first time using this website. So far love it. I am having some problems. I am trying to download and install Red Alert 2 but everytime I do it shows up as Yuris Revenge. Can I please have some assistance about this? Thank you.
