In the Instalation of Linux Tunnel Server in a Debian 12 without Graphical Enviroment, Give me an error similar "Not Found ICU". ICU is a C/C++ Runtime Librery. The errors in Syslog are functions Calls. I Installed with sudo apt-get update & sudo apt-get install libicu-dev but don't work. Any Help?. Thanks in advance.
