Inappropriate Map Design & Name

I recently stumbled upon an actual website for the mapdb and when I was scrolling through the maps I came across a map titled "m3 the penis". I know that the creator was being childish when he or she did it but seeing as we have rules about inappropriate language and subject matter I felt as if it was my responsibility and duty to report it since it was inappropriately made. It said the "hash" is : Hash: bde6476f8bdecdc14cac9864e37c166d560c3751

For those who do not know, the hash is basically representing the /map command for the cncnet application.

I'm not entirely sure if this is an issue that is able to be resolved or even dealt with if possible but I am still unsure who, if anyone, has the authority to ban the map from cncnet.
