Red Alert 2 Setup problem

I downloaded a CnCNet5 Yuri's revenge setup program. But when I try to set it up, it says "Red Alert2 Yuri's revenge Not Found in a folder(Any folder that I locate for the installation).

I wanna know, do we need to download another game file of Yuri's revenge? Please help

You need to have red alert 2 installed, Other wise CnCnet will not work.

It says right there in the installion
